We know you're going to love Blue Tees Golf products, but sometimes things don't work out. We get it. We strongly suggest reading the complete Blue Tees Golf Returns Policy below before making a purchase.

Shipping Insurance

  • In partnership with ROUTE, Blue Tees Golf provides free shipping insurance on all orders. Route covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. 
  • If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we suggest trying the following:
  • Check your tracking information and see if it has been delivered
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to them (oops!)
  • Contact your local post office to see if they have any information on the package
  • If your package is still lost, fill out a claim by clicking HERE so that you can receive a replacement free of charge 

Return Criteria

  • You are eligible to return your order within 60 days* of receipt of goods for a money back guarantee.
  • Returned items must be in original condition (no evidence of wear-and-tear) to receive refund.
  • No returns will be honored after 60-days of receipt of goods. 
  • *Orders outside of USA - Shipping out of the USA may incur holdups at customs. If order has not been received within 30 days of initial order date, please notify support@blueteesgolf.com to start an investigation. 

Return Process

  • Please email support@blueteesgolf.com with your order number.
  • Blue Tees Golf will reply with a shipping return label.
  • A refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping cost) will be applied to the same payment method that was used for the original order. All shipping charges, both outbound and return, will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned item. You will receive an email once your refund/exchange is processed.
