INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
International shipping prices are based on your location:
- Canada and United Kingdom - $9.99 (arrives in 6-12 business days)
- All other locations - $14.99 (arrives in 6-12 business days)
We ship orders within 24 hours of being placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
International shipments may be delayed for an undetermined amount of time while clearing Customs, regardless of the shipping method.
Please note, our international shipping rates don’t include any customs, duties, fees, or taxes associated with importing goods into your country. However, you will have the option to pay taxes and duties at checkout. If you opt-out of paying the taxes and duties at checkout, you are responsible for all customs, duties, fees, and/or taxes imposed by your country to claim your shipment.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES & FEES?
All of the items displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. You will have the option to pay taxes and duties at checkout. If you opt-out of paying the taxes and duties at checkout, you are responsible for all customs, duties, fees, and/or taxes imposed by your country to claim your shipment. Because customs, duties, fees, and/or taxes are your responsibility to pay, we cannot reimburse you for them.
If you refuse receipt of your shipment to avoid these additional costs, we cannot issue your refund until the refused shipment is received and checked in at our fulfillment center. Please note that if you refuse delivery, the shipment is more difficult to track and may take much longer to be returned, thus delaying your refund.

All orders are processed in USD. Payment methods of another currency will be exchanged by your bank/credit card company at the time of purchase. While the amount on your Blue Tees Golf receipt will be in USD, the amount on your bank/credit card statement will be in your local currency.
DO YOU GUARANTEE WEEKEND DELIVERY?
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed with international shipping. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your shipping method.
Blue Tees Golf is not responsible for refunding shipping for orders that do not arrive on the weekend.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know you're going to love Blue Tees Golf products, but sometimes things don't work out or you want to try a different model.
You are eligible to exchange or return your order within 60 days from the date you receive the shipment. To qualify for an exchange or full refund, returned items must be in their original working condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned. (For example, our rangefinder comes with a hardshell case, lanyard, carabiner, battery cap)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete. If your return does not pass our inspection, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee or you may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Returned products that don't qualify for a refund or exchange will be recycled and cannot be returned to you.
- To initiate an exchange or return, email email@example.com with your order number and the reason you want to exchange or return your product(s).
- Our customer support team will reply with return shipping instructions.
- Once the exchange or return has been received and inspected, our customer support team will either create an exchange order or they will issue a refund for the purchase price (minus the restocking fee, if applicable).
- You will receive an email confirming your exchange order or refund.
