Blue Tees Golf Announces Its Sponsorship of Florida Pga Sections

These partnerships provide Blue Tees Golf access to PGA Professionals, PGA Teaching Professionals, and their sectional PGA Memberships.

Blue Tees Golf, a rapidly growing producer of golf rangefinders and accessories, announced today that the company has partnered with both the South Florida PGA (SFPGA) and North Florida PGA (NFPGA) Sections. These PGA Sections are the two of the largest associations of golf professionals amongst the forty-one established in the United States.

“We believe growing the Blue Tees Golf brand with PGA Professionals and PGA Teaching Professionals is a key component to our long-term success. These individuals are highly regarded in their respective golf communities and PGA Sections. Their support validates our brand and products,” said Drew Koehler, Blue Tees Golf Co-Founder and Head of Business Development. “Our partnerships with both the SFPGA and NFPGA will help us continue to generate greater brand awareness in the state of Florida, through the support of the PGA Memberships.”

Each Blue Tees Golf partnership differs between the PGA Sections. With the SFPGA, the partnership will support programs including, virtual education, the 2022 Fort Lauderdale Open and the 2022 South Florida Open.

"We at the SFPGA are proud to welcome Blue Tees Golf to our family of partners. Their mission to provide next generation products, technology, and accessories at a reasonable price will resonate with our membership, both professionals and amateurs. We look forward to educating our members about the benefits of their technology,” said Meredith Schuler, Assistant Executive Director of the SFPGA.

The NFPGA sponsorship with Blue Tees Golf includes a multitude of comprehensive opportunities to reach their golfing membership. During the Sectional Annual Meeting, Blue Tees Golf will exhibit and display their new line of golf products and accessories. Onsite exposure includes activity signage during tournaments, coverage on the tournament scoring page, and social media support. Communication messaging will be seen on the section’s website and monthly newsletter.

“Blue Tees Golf is going to be a great addition to our select and limited group of partners. We are confident that our section can help the brand grow regionally as well as amongst our membership,” said NFPGA Director of Partnership, Jeff Larson. “It will be great to have their team participate in our ongoing events, as well.”

 About South Florida PGA:

The South Florida Section of the PGA of America is an association of golf professionals whose mission is to promote interest, participation, and enjoyment in the game of golf; establish and maintain professional standards or practice; and enhance the well-being of golf professionals.

Approximately 1,850 members and apprentices are employed at over 475 facilities in the South Florida region, currently ranking South Florida Section the second largest Section of PGA Professionals amongst all 41 PGA Sections in the United States. Back in 1979, the growth and golf population boom in the state of Florida caused what was once known as just the Florida Section to divide geographically into two Sections, now known as the North and the South Florida PGA Sections.

About North Florida PGA:

The North Florida Section (NFPGA) is one of 41 Sections that make up the PGA of America. Formed in 1979, the North Florida PGA is the 4th largest of the 41 geographic Sections that make up the PGA of America. Approximately 1,250 PGA Members and 189 Apprentices strive to promote the enjoyment and growth of the game of golf in the North Florida region.

With its executive offices at Reunion Resort in Orlando, the NFPGA is dedicated to serving its members and growing the game. NFPGA members are often referred to as Club Professionals, not to be mistaken as PGA TOUR Professionals, although it can be said that its members taught the PGA TOUR Professionals how to play. PGA Professionals are the experts in the business of golf and are responsible for conducting a variety of golf-related functions, which include general management, golf instruction, tournament operations, golf shop merchandising, junior golf programs, golf club repair and much more. Each North Florida Section PGA Professional serves as an expert in the ever-changing business of golf and is the leading expert player, teacher, skilled business manager, community leader, and superior merchandiser who have dedicated their career to the local delivery of these services.
